Return Policy

1. Introduction

At gharxikal, we are committed to providing high-quality wardrobe consultation services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund for a service. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for handling such situations.

This policy applies to all services booked through our website, by phone, or in person. By booking our services, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.

2. Services Covered

This Return Policy applies to the following services:

  • Style Assessment and Consultation
  • Wardrobe Editing
  • Personal Shopping
  • Color Analysis
  • Membership Programs
  • Any other services offered by gharxikal

3. Cancellation Policy

One-Time Services

48+ Hours Notice: If you cancel a one-time service appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

24-48 Hours Notice: If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may be charged 25% of the service fee as a cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may reschedule the appointment once without penalty, subject to availability.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may be charged 50% of the service fee as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling will be at the discretion of gharxikal and may incur a rescheduling fee.

No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee, and no refund will be provided.

Membership Programs

Cancellation policies for membership programs are outlined in your membership agreement. Generally, the following applies:

  • Monthly memberships may be canceled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Quarterly memberships may be canceled with at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Annual memberships may be canceled with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Membership fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your membership agreement.

Please include your name, the service booked, the date and time of the appointment, and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You cancel a service in accordance with our cancellation policy (as outlined in Section 3).
  • We are unable to provide the service as described or agreed upon.
  • You experience a significant issue with the service that we are unable to resolve to your satisfaction.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide details of your service, including the date of purchase/booking and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and completed
  • Cancellations that do not comply with our cancellation policy
  • Digital products or resources that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Gift certificates (though these may be transferable to another person)

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • 48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty, subject to availability.
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule once without penalty, subject to availability.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling will be at our discretion and may incur a fee of 25% of the service cost.

Appointments may be rescheduled no more than twice. After the second rescheduling, any further changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment, and we will work with you to address your concerns. This may include:

  • A follow-up consultation to address specific issues
  • Adjustments to your style recommendations or plans
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply if:

  • You failed to provide accurate information during your consultation
  • You did not follow the recommendations provided
  • Your dissatisfaction is based on factors outside our control

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that transaction.
